Banded flow, created by Giulia Pline, is a class that marries the magic of yoga and strength & mobility exercises with resistance bands. Adding resistance bands to your yoga and movement practice is a fantastic way to build strength, harness mobility with stability, rehab and mitigate injury and pain, add inspiration and creativity to your practice, develop greater awareness of how you move, refine and build greater efficiency in your movement and around the transitions between movements and postures and capture control throughout your range of motion.
