They say the hands are a direct connection to the heart. Bear Grip is made by placing both hands in front of the chest and curling in the fingers of both hands in to form a tight grip with the left hand in front. The kriya is performed by tilting the elbows up and down quickly while pulling on the grip with the hands. Feeling flustered or overwhelmed?
