This quickie will explore basic range of motion through the shoulder girdle and help you sit a little taller in the process . It's meant to be something that you can do in the middle of your day to take some pressure off your neck and shoulders and work out a bit of tension. You can do this sitting on the floor like a yogi or in a chair at your desk or wherever you feel comfortable. The only prop you need is a strap or a belt of some sort. Don't worry if it isn't an official yoga prop. We do a little neck release at the end. Simple but effective.
