Kevin: A Breathing Practice (60 Minutes)
Chill Hard
•
1h 0m
This is a simple and accessible restorative yoga practice that will teach you how to deepen your breathing. When this happens, chronic tension can begin to slip away and the entire body can learn how to relax. As a result, the mind becomes quieter and all the various systems of the body are restored.
For class, you need two blocks, a blanket, a bolster and access to a wall. If you don't own a bolster, check out "How to Hack a Bolster" in the Tutorials section of Single Point -- it shows you how to make one with things I think you will be able to find easily at home.
