Kevin: Summertime Surrender (77 minutes)
Fully Satiated: 65min & Over
•
1h 17m
When the heat of Summer is here, we don't need to move much to make ourselves sweat. If we surrender to the hot weather, however, our bodies can often release more fully into our yoga postures than they will in the dead of Winter.
This practice begins in Savasana and starts really slow before a steady vinyasa practice emerges. We make progress towards Hanumanasana (a full split) but other options are offered along the way. The final 20 minutes of class are a sweet, cooling yin series that will make your hips very happy.
Suggested Props: Two blocks, One Blanket and One Bolster. If you don't own a bolster, please just grab a big pillow or a couple extra blankets.
Enjoy!
