This short class includes 30 minutes of simple restorative yoga postures and guided breath work as a preparation for meditation. When you sit up to meditate for the final 10 minutes of class, the breath will continue to support your upright posture and help you find greater stillness and ease. For those who are new to or who struggle with meditation, beginning with pranayama can be a very effective tool to help you go deep. Hope you enjoy.
