Chill Hard

1h 6m
Most of us have neck pain at some point in our lives. For many of us, that discomfort is constant. For others, it tends to come and go, and stress or cooler weather can exacerbate the pressure. Whatever the reason -- at some point you will need this class.
Neck pain is related to - and often caused by - tension in the upper back, chest and shoulder girdle. This class addresses these areas with simple functional movements and postures from Yin, Restorative and Forrest Yoga to help you release some of the stiffness you have built up over the past few months, years or decades. Every pose can be held for longer or shorter than I suggest. If you have chronic pain, you should probably do some or all of these poses regularly to feel lasting results.
You will need several props for class:
• 2 Yoga Blocks
• a Bolster
• a few Blankets or Bath Towels
• a Yoga Strap or Scarf
