60 min. Open. One block and a pair of socks or blanket. Hand and arm balancing are all about learning how to tip the weight on the horizontal plane as opposed to lifting on the vertical plane. In this practice, we learn how to do that by bringing presence into our hands and feet and through some play on sliding with socks. And then we move this into different schools of crow and possibly even some crane poses. Enjoy!
