Miles: Shoulder Triage (45 min)
Play Hard
•
44m
44 min. ALL LEVELS. A block would be good to have. The aim of this is to clean the shoulder girdle and play with gomukhasana arms by the end hopefully in a pain free way. This is less of a yoga class and more of spring cleaning for your shoulder joint. Super good to do every now and then. These exercises are a way to floss, clean and strengthen your shoulder girdle. CARs are exercises that have Controlled Articular Rotation. They work range of motion from a strengthened position- meaning while the muscles are fired up. Which is a really good way to open the shoulder joint or find a greater range of motion without pain. They are very specific and persnickety, which makes them fun in a way but also extremely arduous even though they may not look like much.
