Bhekasana, Frog Pose, is a backbend that requires a great range of motion in wrist extension, shoulder extension, hip extension and spinal extension. This practice breaks it all down and helps you build the necessary range of motion and strength in all the movements and positions mentioned above to approach Bhekasana with connection, confidence, mindfulness and appreciation of the process.
