Expand your understanding of Core Strength in this full-length challenging practice! In particular, we spend a lot of time looking at the legs to make sure that they are doing their proper work to support the spine and assist in opening and integrating the efforts of the spinal and abdominal muscles. There's some deep forward folds and twists involved, with some "core work" of course along the way.
