Kevin: A Flowing Practice - Nonstop Movement (75 minutes)
Play Hard
•
1h 16m
This entire class is built around moving with the breath, salutation after salutation after salutation. We don't really hold any poses until about 50 minutes into class -- up until that point it's almost non-stop movement. The choices are mindful, the chaturangas are optional and the sequences shift and change to help keep your mind in the game. There is definitely an aerobic quality to class and you might even break a nice sweat, but don't worry -- the final 15 minutes are a well-deserved gentle cool down.
