Most of our habits as modern humans create patterns where the shoulder and the arm fall forward in space. When the arms get stuck on the front of the body, tension is created in the shoulder, neck and chest and it becomes challenging to bare weight on the hands and wrists without discomfort. In this hourlong class, you will learn how to associate your arms with the muscles of the back body while we slowly progress towards handstands and wheel pose.
