1h 5m
When we practice yoga at home - especially in NYC Apartments - we often don't have the same amount of physical space that we typically have in a yoga studio. While it can be frustrating to feel confined, this limitation can actually help us learn to find more space within ourselves.
This is a challenging yoga practice that explores the idea of space in general while building towards Warrior Three in particular. We use the arms and the legs with a little assistance from uddiyana bandha to reveal space in the vast cavern of our abdomen. You need to have two blocks and a yoga strap or something similar for this class. Most of the work is contra-indicated for women who are pregnant. Let me know if you have any issues!
