Kevin's not a doctor and he can't tell you what is going on in your low back. He can tell you, however, that this sequence makes his low back feel great and he does these poses whenever it feels grumpy. Props are simple - two blocks and a pillow - put on some chill tunes and your favorite sweats and roll around on the floor for an hour. It's gonna be great.
