Kevin: Both Sides of the Pose (51 minutes)
Get It: 45-65 min
•
51m
In this structural/alignment-focused practice, we explore some key standing poses that will support the slow and steady process of opening the hips. In particular, we focus on what is happening on the side of the pose you may often forget -- i. E. the back leg of a Warrior 2 or the action of the top ribs in Triangle. The interplay between the efforts of the opposite sides of the body should, in the end, help connect us to our center.
