Kevin: Take a Knee (63 Minutes)
Play Hard
•
1h 3m
In daily life, we tend to stand on our feet, but in some yoga positions we do this weird thing where we stand on the knees and the shins. When the knee is down and we only have half a leg underneath us, however, we can gain a better understanding of the way the hip is moving and functioning. In this class, we obsess over the kneeling poses, in order to learn how to properly engage our hips and create space in the lower back. It's a great class for low energy days because you will rarely actually have to stand up.
